What kind of services and facilities do you offer?
We provide impeccable accommodation services, both on a short and long term basis. Additional Services include dry cleaning and laundry, housekeeping, taxi services and wireless broadband.
How do I get to the hotel?
Fraser Residence City is located in the heart of the city and easily accessible on many of London’s various transport services. It is a couple of minutes’ walk from Monument station, which is served by the District, Circle, Central, DLR (Bank branch), Waterloo & City and Northern line
How to reach the hotel from the airport?
From Gatwick Airport take the First Capital Connect to London Bridge, and then take the Northern Line to Monument Station.
From London City Airport, take the DLR to Bank Station and walk to Monument.
From London Heathrow Airport take the Piccadilly line to Earls Court or the Heathrow Express to Paddington Rail Station and connect with either the District or Circle line.

Do you provide an internet access?
Yes we provide a secure and reliable wireless broadband service
Where can we eat?
There are a number of restaurants, cafes and pubs on Eastcheap, just 2 minutes’ walk away.
How to make the best experience of London?
Our reception can assist you with any queries that you have about the City. Please dial 200 from your apartment.

From 4pm (Early check in is available subject to availability)
When is the check-out time?
Before 11am (Late check-out is available subject to availability)
Do you serve breakfast?
We do not serve breakfast but on Eastcheap there are a number of cafes.
Do you have a laundry room?
No. You will have a washer / dryer in your apartment and we provide a dry cleaning and laundry service.
Do you have a fitness centre?
No. There is a gym only 15 minutes away.
Where can I go for shopping?
There is a House of Fraser next to Monument station and a Marks & Spencers on Gracechurch Street (5 minutes away)

Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?
There is an ATM outside Tescos on Eastcheap, which is a 2 minute walk away.
Do you provide newspapers?
No. We can however arrange for the paper of your choice to be delivered.
Is there a supplement for children?

Do you accept pets?
Do you provide extra beds and baby cots?
We do supply both items. An extra bed is £105 + VAT per week. A baby cot is free of charge.
Do you provide parking?
We do not have an onsite car park but there is one a 5 minute walk away.
What are the reception opening hours?
Reception is open 24 hours a day.
Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?
We do not provide shuttle service but we can organise taxis to take you back and forth.
